🔁 Maddie’s Lane -Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.


🕒 Return Request Window

  • You must initiate a return within 3 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return “Contact Customer Service,” at support@maddieslane.com within 3 business days of receiving your order to request a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • Requests made after 3 days from the delivery date are not eligible.


✅ Return Approval & Timeframe

  • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions by email.

  • You’ll have 14 days from the approval date to send the item(s) back.

  • Returns received after the 14-day window may not be accepted.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If you choose a refund, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • If you choose store credit or an exchange, we cover the return shipping. Once we receive the item your exchange or store credit will be issued.


📦 Return Requirements

Returns received after 14 days or in poor condition will be rejected and returned at the customer's expense.

If we cannot reach you within 3 days of a return issue, the item will be donated.

All items are inspected upon return.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Items discounted by 30% or more

  • Earrings, hats & bathing suits

  • Any item marked as “FINAL SALE” at the time of purchase
    Final sale items sent back to us will be donated and no credit will be issued.



 


Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a Maddie’s Lane error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). Or you choose store credit or an exchange.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.


Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If your order is incorrect, missing items, or includes damaged goods:

  • Contact Customer Service, support@maddieslane.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.

  • Include clear photos of:

    • The shipping box (all sides)

    • The shipping label

    • The incorrect or damaged item(s)

  1. Provide your order number 

  2. Let us know the eligible item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Explain the reason for the return
    We will respond within 3 business days with the  approval and return instructions!
